The Manitoba Accessibility Customer Service e-Learning program presents an interactive design for education and training under the Accessible Customer Service Standard. The goal of this training program is to give participants knowledge and information which they can apply to working with and serving people with disabilities.

Training program durationAverage time to complete the Manitoba Accessibility Customer Service e-Learning program is approximately 25 minutes. The Manitoba Accessibility Customer Service e-Learning program is self-paced. Participants may pause/leave the online training program at any time and can resume where they left off.
Target audienceEmployees who work with or provide customer service to persons with disabilities within Manitoba’s public and private sectors that provide goods or services are required to take this training.
